Not Cleared Yet.  Still awaiting response from owner of Deli.  Have made contact with building owner and he is willing to entertain the project.  Older building with some sensitive glass panels above the window line, will require extensive deconstruction & reapplication of stone facsia under windows.  Great street, we'd could close 2 full lanes out from the curb, light traffic through this area.
